FemGen Foundations

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any product, course, or service offered by FemGen Foundations ("we," "us," "our"), including the FemGen Four and FemGen Four VIPs, you ("customer," "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content, courses, worksheets, templates, and VIP Office Hours sessions are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We are not acting as your financial advisor, fiduciary, attorney, or accountant.

3. No Guaranteed Results

We make no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, savings amounts, or results from using the FemGen Four system or any related product. Individual results vary based on personal circumstances, effort, and external factors outside our control.

4. Payment and Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD and charged at time of purchase.
  • Subscription products (e.g., FemGen Four VIPs) bill automatically on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
  • You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6. Access and License

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased content for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share login credentials or course materials with others.

7. VIP Office Hours / Live Sessions

  • Live sessions are general education and group Q&A; they are not one-on-one personalized financial advice.
  • Sessions may be recorded; by attending, you consent to being recorded if on camera or speaking.
  • Attendance and scheduling are subject to change; no specific date/time is guaranteed as part of your purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, worksheets, videos, and the FemGen Four system are the intellectual property of FemGen Foundations and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FemGen Foundations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or services, including financial decisions made based on educational content provided.

10. Disclaimer of Advisory Relationship

Tory Tripp may hold separate professional licenses or affiliations. Participation in FemGen Foundations products, including VIP Office Hours, does not create an advisory, coaching, or fiduciary relationship with those separate entities.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
