Hi, I'm Tory Tripp, the founder of FemGen Foundations.

Like so many women, I didn’t grow up talking about money. I spent most of my young adult life completely winging it. With a love of fashion and travel, and a career in the notoriously underpaid field of education, I found myself racking up credit card debt only to promise myself that I’d pay it off with the next tax return or dog-sitting gig. I spent years in this cycle, thinking I was doing alright because the balance always got paid off...eventually.

And then in 2019, I was asked to take on a financial literacy course. At the time, I didn’t know anything about finance, but I was determined to give my students something real and valuable, so I dove into the material, and what I found ended up changing my own life.

The more I learned, the more empowered I felt. I couldn’t believe how long I’d gone without this knowledge. I transitioned into the finance industry full-time in 2022 and haven't looked back since.

I started FemGen Foundations to bring that same empowerment to others, in a way that is fun, accessible, and practical.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, I now live in Denver, Colorado. When I'm not teaching women how to save more money and make better decisions with it, you can find me traversing the globe (39 countries and counting!), hitting the gym (washed up D1 athlete), cursing on the golf course, or re-reading the same page of a novel 3 times.

Thank you for stopping by and I cannot wait to be your money teacher.
